Our project in the Circle C Ranch neighborhood of South Austin, Texas was a full-service renovation with Austin Pro Remodeling. Our mission was to create a fully open concept to organically connect the living room, dining room, and kitchen while maintaining a functional flow throughout the space. This project is highlighted by a full-kitchen restructure including a 10-ft marble top island which allows for additional storage and entertainment space. The living room features an original brick fireplace that was transformed into a contemporary design using natural stone. The powder room showcases a raw onyx floating sink surrounded by Roman clay coated walls. New white oak flooring was paired with updated black trim windows, and the stairwell and railings were elevated with a sleek modern design. The exterior color of the home underwent a transition from classic red brick to a modern white lime wash with black trim. The interior style is driven by a contemporary design with modern elements and vintage pieces layered with organic sustainable textures resulting in a warm and timeless feel throughout the home.
